大きさ、重さ、ちょうど良いです。マイクをコールドシューに取り付けたいのですが、右側のアームしかないため、本体左か上にコールドシューマウントがあると良いと思いました。

This is my first such external screen monitor so I have no other to compare it to. I love the clarity of the screen and ease of navigation with the touch screen feature along with the optional sunshade for viewing the screen outside in the sun. It has a huge variety of useful features.It supports multi-screen output with a 4k HDMI input & output port and a 3.5mm AUX-in headphone jack.The large 5.5” display screen quality is beautiful with a resolution of 1920x1080. As-is, without a clip-on shade, it weighs 256 grams, which isn’t too hefty. It’s small and compact for travel purposes on outdoor shoots.

I seem to have a problem with color calibration on my Surface. I've had clients mention errors in color, especially in areas with gradients, that I just couldn't see on my screen, but was able to pick up when I transported the files to another system.With a field monitor like this, I have an on the fly system for checking my color without having to copy my files to another computer. I just plug in to my tablet and I can see and error check my work in real time. I don't really need all the advanced color features, but it's good to know they are available if I want to use them.Although I'm not a photographer, using this tool in my workflow will save me time and effort, especially on revisions, and help reduce annoyances to my clients as well. It has a high resolution display with a lot of information available literally at your fingertips with it's touch control.Given that I'm a fan of alternative uses for gear like this, I could see how this could be set up as a system resource monitor for a PC or a small secondary display for laptop. The possibilities are limited only by your workflow.

*** The good 👍 ***✅ In my video, you can see how quickly the monitor synchronizes with the video camera and how fluidly the image is presented on the field monitor.✅ Worth mentioning is the colour levels widget that is displayed dynamically on the field monitor. You can see this in the last part of my video and you can appreciate the fluidity and refresh speed of the display information.✅ Another element that is very useful is the fact that from my brand-name video camera, I could keep the viewfinder on while using the field monitor at the same time. This would give anybody helping me away to see exactly what I'm seeing and giving me precious information if I was missing something in the video-making process like a badly leveled image or something happening in the background that I would be missing.✅ in the pictures and in the video, you can also see the impressive ways to mount this screen screen around my video making ecosystem. There are screw holes all around the screen, and it comes with a very interesting adjustable arm that can fit into cold shoes, which I used in this review.*** Additional Comments ***🌐 This is one of my longest video until now because this device deserves to be seen like I did, when I first used it. I really hope it will give you guys a good overview of what it can do in real life.Verdict: 5⭐I hope my honest, real-life review will be helpful to you. A lot of video cameras (most DSLR or mirrorless types) do not have large enough screens nor provide enough information or detail to be really useful in video production, especially outside in brighter light. This is where an external monitor like this NEEWER F500 5.5 Inch Camera Field Monitor comes in really handy.This monitor is a nice high quality build, is feature packed and priced very well by NEEWER and includes the obvious 5.5-inch touch screen, 3D LUT custom uploading, Waveform, Vector Scope, Full HD 1920x1080 IPS 4K HDMI Loop in/Out and DSLR Video Peaking Focus Assist. The color rendition is excellent and true. Thew NEEWER website and Amazon seller page has full specs.The menu system is simple, clean and intuitive and easily accesses and navigated. It is comprehensive and offers a lot of features at the tap of the screen. The contrast of text and button color could be higher and the font used could be a little bolder making for easier reading but it is workable as is.The kit is complete withTilt Arm, three different HDMI cable adapters, sun hood/visor, 2600 mAH battery & charger (strangely it has a micro USB input port and not USB-C which I prefer).All in all this is an excellent field monitor with a large number of features, nice quality and I would recommend it.

I have been wanting to have a field monitor for a long time and now that I have this one from Neewer I am very happy to have it. When I film I am mostly alone and I am filming myself lots of the time so this monitor can give me visual feedback that is crucial to have. It works with my Sony A74 camera and I have access to many functions on the screen like focus assist, vector scope and many others. It has a touch screen that is very convenient to use and the controls are very simple to understand. Come with many cable so you should be covered for hooking it up to your camera model. I also like that it uses NP-F550 batteries I already have several of them but it comes with one and a charger that is appreciated. So if you want and need a field monitor this model offers lots of features for an affordable price so I can recommend it for sure.

Very good quality camera field monitor from Neewer made from very good materials and will last a very long time if treated correctly.I am very impressed with this camera field monitor it is very well built and feels solid and durable. It is very lightweight even with the supplied battery connected which is exactly what you want if you plan to attach it to a gimbal.Very easy to setup had it up and running in a few minutes, the touchscreen is very responsive and accurate no pressing the screen multiple times to get it to preform an action which could make you miss a shot.This is the first field monitor my girlfriend or myself have ever used so we are no experts, for videography its perfect and the fact you can use LUTS is a great feature, the only thing we could not get working is to have it displaying on the field monitor and on the camera at the same time we wanted this more for photography it seemed to be one or the other BUT as I say we are no experts so maybe it is the cameras we are using or settings on the cameras/monitor we we are not selecting.For indoor use the field monitor is more than bright enough BUT we did find on very bright days we did struggle to see the screen even with the sunshade on.Overall we are both happy with the camera field monitor.
