I got these for some Neewer LED Lights I have had for while. My camera does pretty well in natural light, so I haven't really used them that often. Most of these was because I was going out and buying a dozen batteries every time I wanted to use them. Now, for that cost, I have these that will run both my lights, with no more battery shopping. I fully charged them, and ran them for about 4 hours solid on full, and they still had one or two lights of power on them. I would guess they would run 5 to 6 hours continuous. Rarely do I have shoots that last that long, and if I did, I would get the adapters to plug them into the wall.

usually I like the ones double the size but these work well and there are two of them plus the charger so that's nice. I like it to travel light if I'm not doing longer work they are good quality and convenient. Hope that helps.

I tested the capacity using a NPF-001 adapter from Neewer and a USB meter. The adapter allows converting the battery voltage to USB 5V, but also fast charging the battery. Draining the battery resulted in 16.5Wh, which is normal because of the electronic, which has a 90% efficiency. Charging took 24.2 Wh, which is also normal for the charge electronic and heat loss. Overall, the battery has a great efficiency.The charger is not the fastest one, but this is not a surprise, as it use USB-A, charges 2 batteries at the same time and is clearly stated in the description. The NPF-001 adapter is faster on this aspect as it uses USB-C at higher power level.
