It helps diffuse harsh light. My cover had a small hole in it. So I’m hoping it doesn’t stretch over time. But overall happy with it. I will say it’s a little hard to put on at first. But you get the hang of it.

We lost one of the original plastic lenses during a move (how does that happen?) This flimsy piece of cloth with straps is a perfect replacement for the plastic lenses. It's a little tricky to get into place - four hands helps - but once in place it works to diffuse the light without dimming.

Neewer 18インチLEDリングライトキットの併せ買いとして購入しました。リングライトって結構距離近めで使うので、光がもろに肌に投影される形になるのですが、これをかぶせることでだいぶ柔らかい印象になります。また、撮影者も光の方を向くことが多くなりがちなので、撮影者の目にも優しいなと感じました。

youtuberのレビューを参考にしました。リングライトは、人はきれいに照らすけれども人の後ろに影ができると言われていました。それを防ぐために、光を柔らかくする必要があるそうです。youtubeではアンブレラとトレーシングペーパーが使われていました。トレーシングペーパーは紙なので毎回セッテイングするのはコストがかかると思っていました。美容系のYoutuberが、リングライト専用のディフューザーを使っているのを見て、これだと思いました。リングライトにつけたままにしています。リングライトへの付け方は、写真の付いた説明書がないためAmazonの商品画像を参考にしました。明かりを自分に当てて、ビデオ会議に出ました。自分に当たる光のシャープさが、若干緩んだ感じはします。背後の影は出ていなかったような気がします。人をまだ撮っていないので、まだまだ様子見が必要です。画像のクオリティにこだわる人のためのもので、あれば安心、というものでしょうか。初心者からステップアップしたら、感想が変わってくるかもしれません。
