This cage rig kit is designed for your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It really stepped up my smartphone videography game. The build quality felt solid, and it provided excellent stability for my shots, which was a big relief when filming on the go. I particularly liked the 67mm filter adapter, which allowed me to add different filters to enhance my videos easily. The inclusion of the 17mm lens backplate and T-mount lens adapter also opened up a whole new world of possibilities for creative shooting. However, while the cage was compatible with my phone and lenses, I did find it a bit tricky to set up initially. It took some time to get everything aligned correctly, especially with the lens adapters. Once I got the hang of it, though, it was smooth sailing. Overall, this phone cage provides a versatile and sturdy platform for smartphone videography, but it may require a bit of patience during the setup process. Once everything was in place, it definitely elevated the quality of my videos.

The only bad thing I have to say is changing the lense plates is somewhat difficult, I can't do it with one hand. I got this to attach my S24 to a telescope and with additional adapters it worked very well for that!

This Neewer phone case is solidly built and fits my Galaxy S24 perfectly. The adapters for different lenses are easy to swap, making them fantastic for serious mobile photography or videography. However, it's definitely too bulky and heavy for regular daily use as a phone case. If you value top-notch construction and filmmaking functionality, the price is justified.

This is a sturdy frame that it easy to install and remove. It provides great attachments (I wanted it for adding photo filters) and enhances the versatility of the phone. The optional handles are perfect for stabilizing the phone while shooting video, especially at different angles.

This fits the S24 like a glove. Sliding the phone in and out of the cage can be done in a matter of seconds. The outside of the cage is made of mostly metal which feels to be aluminum. Feels good in the hand, but I do wish it was a tad bit slimmer. Plenty of attachment points. While I had filters and accessories attached they were firm and secure. Its quite a versatile cage.

Comes in a retail box with 3 different mounting plates for filters and lenses and a basic instruction manual. This is a high quality solid metal cage/case that fits my s24 ultra perfectly. All the important cutouts are perfectly placed and cause no obstructions. The side buttons are just some rubber pads that work as intended as well. A simple catch at the top unlocks a hinged section and its a simple matter of sliding your phone in and rubber pads around the edges help to protect your phone from scratches and help to hold it securely in place. You have multiple cold shoe and 1/4" thread options for mounting around the cage for all manner of attachments making this extremely versatile and turn your shiny S24 ultra into a photography and video powerhouse. When i received this i immediately purchased a nice 67mm Neewer filter kit to go along with this and plan to grab some lenses later down the road. I would not use this cage as a permanent case that's for sure but for photography and video capture its going to be an essential part of my use in those scenarios. The price may seem high but this is not really a phone case but a high quality metal cage and thus you have to pay for something this good and quite frankly its well worth the cost if you use your phone for photography and video. Recommended !

I’ll start off with my only negative first. I accept I have to remove my phone from its case to put this in, but I don’t understand why the cage is designed in such a way that most of the rear of the phone is left exposed and uncovered. There could easily have been a silicone piece protecting the back of the phone. The build quality of the cage is very good and it doesn’t add too much weight or bulk to what is an already large phone. Placing the phone in there is simply enough to do and it feels secure once in there. Where the phone sits, around the edges there is a rubberised material to protect the phone and there’s also some softish padding around the camera area There’s plenty of mounting options, screw and cold shoe, around all the edges and everything is nicely balanced. I found it both easy and comfortable to hold. Popping an LED light on via one of the cold shoes took only a few seconds and there’s easily enough room for a mic and tripod/bipod. You do also get some filters and lens attachments that fit over the phones cameras. I haven’t tried these since I have neither for my phone yet. £68.38 does seem a lot for this cage, but I am impressed with the overall build quality and accessories. I just wish the rear of my phone had some protection. At the time of writing this review there was a 20% off tick-box voucher on the Amazon UK product page, taking the price down to £54.70. First off it's well built, very polished finish and is light enough. Easy to put your phone in and does not innterfere with sireless charging. I mounted a anamorphic lens and ND filter. Works great handheld. I also mounted it on my DJI RS3 Pro. The 1/4 holes fit perfectly and the coldshoe allowed me to mount a SSD mount, which was very snug, not loose. I do not have a mic so I haven't tested mounting one along with the SSD mount, but I did test all coldshoe points and they all fit well. So the cage does what it's supposed to. Don't drop your phone though, not sure if it's designed to protect the phone from falls.

I like use my phone to do videos and this case is great. I am able to add an external mic on the cold shoe area. I am also able to use a filter for effects to my videos. I was looking for this type of case for S21 Ultra but no one was selling one. When I found this for the S24 Ultra, I knew I had to get one and upgrade my phone as well. This work great and the best part is the 1/4 screws options. I am able to add other things to the case.
